Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Solana Trader AI website, account interfaces, wallet functionality, staking and trading-related features, communications, referral program and other products or services we make available.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, connecting a wallet, using platform features or participating in a referral program, you agree to these Terms and to any additional product, payment, risk, compliance or geographic-eligibility conditions presented to you.
Solana Trader AI and platform products
Product access
The platform provides access to software and technology features. Individual products may have additional rules, fees and risk disclosures.
No traditional investment account
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate regulated offering, the platform does not provide traditional brokerage, custody, fiduciary asset management or guaranteed-return investment accounts.
User discretion
You decide whether to deposit, stake, trade, withdraw or stop using available platform functionality.
Performance risk
Any gain or loss associated with digital assets or market-linked functionality remains subject to market, liquidity, execution, technology and other risks.
Eligibility and restricted access
You may use the platform only where your use is lawful. You must not use the services if you are prohibited by sanctions, export controls or applicable financial, derivatives, securities, consumer-protection or digital-asset laws.
We may restrict, suspend or refuse specific accounts, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, referrals or platform features where required by law, compliance obligations, third-party service providers or internal risk controls.
- You are responsible for determining whether platform access is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- Information supplied for account, support, fraud-prevention, tax or compliance purposes must be accurate.
- Geographic, identity, device, wallet, transaction and risk-based restrictions may apply.
Accounts, wallets and security
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, email accounts, devices, connected wallets, private keys, seed phrases and authentication methods.
Third-party wallets, blockchain networks, bridges, exchanges, payment processors and infrastructure services are outside our direct control and may apply separate terms, fees, privacy policies and risks.
- Never provide your seed phrase, private key or authentication code to another person.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent directly caused by a proven breach of our systems.
- Notify support promptly if you believe your account or connected wallet has been compromised.
Purchases, deposits and user responsibility
Where the platform offers a paid product or optional funding feature, purchasing product access does not necessarily require you to deposit additional digital assets unless clearly stated in the applicable product terms.
Fees, supported networks, accepted assets, minimum amounts, settlement timing, withdrawal requirements and platform functionality can change. Current product conditions may be displayed in the application or communicated directly to users.
No advice and no guarantee
Solana Trader AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting or individualized investment advice. Platform information, historical trades, educational material, performance information and referral content are informational and product-related materials.
Past results, backtests, historical trades, average returns and displayed strategy performance are not promises or guarantees of future results. Digital assets and trading strategies can lose value, including the possibility of substantial or complete loss.
Referral Rewards
We may make promotional Referral Rewards available for eligible referrals. Referral incentives are not interest, dividends, investment returns or compensation for managing another person's assets.
Qualification depends on the rules in effect when a referral occurs, including eligibility, compliance, payment, anti-fraud and other program conditions. Where permitted, rewards may be modified, capped, paused, withheld, reversed or discontinued.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, account farms, circular referrals and coordinated manipulation are prohibited.
- Misleading advertising, abusive paid traffic or attempts to manipulate referral tiers are prohibited.
- Fraud-prevention tools may analyze IP addresses, devices, browsers, wallet relationships, account links, payments, transactions and referral-code activity.
- Suspected abuse may result in reward denial, reversal, account restrictions or withdrawal limitations related to abusive activity.
Prohibited use
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unlawful activity or deceptive promotion.
- Interfering with platform infrastructure, account systems, security controls, APIs, referral functionality or connected third-party services.
- Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, copying, resale, sublicensing or exploitation of proprietary software, strategy logic, interfaces, code, datasets or brand material.
- Misrepresenting our products, expected performance, referral incentives, risks or your relationship with Solana Trader AI.
Intellectual property
Our brand, website content, software, interfaces, documentation, trade displays, code, data structures, product logic and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and may be protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the platform for lawful personal use. No ownership interest is transferred to you.
Third-party services
The platform may integrate with or reference wallets, blockchains, payment providers, infrastructure services, analytics vendors, communications providers, compliance vendors and other external applications.
Those third parties are independent. We do not control their terms, fees, security, availability, data practices or product changes. Your relationship with a third-party provider is governed by its own terms.
Availability, changes and termination
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict or discontinue platform features, supported assets, networks, account functionality, referral programs, trading displays or other services where reasonably necessary.
Access may be suspended or terminated when an account violates these Terms, presents risk to users or the platform, triggers legal or compliance restrictions, abuses referral functionality or otherwise uses the services in a harmful or prohibited manner.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform and its features are provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, profitability, compatibility, security or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solana Trader AI and its personnel and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, including lost profits, trading losses, lost data, digital-asset losses or losses caused by third-party infrastructure.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified by the legal entity operating Solana Trader AI, subject to any mandatory consumer, regulatory or other laws that must apply regardless of contractual choice.
Before launch, replace this paragraph with the governing jurisdiction, venue and dispute process approved by your legal counsel.
